May discounts are valid in June

The May promotional offer for fixing installment prices in UAH has been extended until the end of June 2020. Namely: the price of all one-room apartments in the Concordia Club House purchased in installments is reduced by 4% and fixed in UAH for 4 months.
Thus, in June, subject to payment of a down payment of 50% of the value of the invested object, the price per square meter is fixed in UAH for 4 months! Moreover, a 4% discount from the base price of the object applies. The amount of unpaid balance shall be paid monthly in equal installments until October of the current year inclusively.
In November 2020, the conditions of payment by installments will return to standard: unpaid m² will be recalculated in accordance with the current price list. The installment period is up to 18 months. All one-room apartments of the Concordia Club House participate in the promotional offer. Their price is from 40 320 UAH. per m².
The offer is valid until 30.06.2020 inclusively.
